There no clear historical sources showing when tea first reached in somalia. some sources, suggest tea making was originally from china. However today, tea is widespread beverage enjoyed in the worldwide. The preparation of somalia's tea begins ;putting water into kettle , and placing it on the stove. We wait until it boils , then add sugar, after short time, we add small amounts of tea leaves and lastly we add cloves or cinnamon or other spices to give the tea pleasnt flavor. After tea is prepared, we usually store it in the flask to keep hot and ready shared .
